2. Preparation and installation
Choose a safe and suitable location for installing your target, at a distance of 25 metres.
Secure the target to a flat, solid surface. Ensure that it is clearly visible and that there are no obstructions between the shooter and the target.
Position yourself 25 metres away from the target.

3. Understanding the exercises
The Adaptive Speed Target comprises 9 elements arranged in a 3x3 grid. Each element is characterised by a shape and a colour.

Depending on the instruction given, which will be either a shape or a colour, the shooter must identify and target the appropriate elements in the order indicated.

Example instructions:

• ‘From left to right, circle.’
  
• ‘From top to bottom, triangle.’
  
• ‘From right to left, red.’

Each instruction aims to develop different skills in the shooter, such as rapid identification, environmental awareness, adaptability, visual-motor coordination, and divided attention.
