Secure the target to a flat, solid surface. Ensure that it is clearly visible and that there are no obstructions between the shooter and the target.
Position yourself 25 metres away from the target.

The Adaptive Speed Target comprises 9 elements arranged in a 3x3 grid. Each element is characterised by a shape and a colour.
Depending on the instruction given, which will be either a shape or a colour, the shooter must identify and target the appropriate elements in the order indicated.

- ‘From top to bottom, triangle.’
- ‘From right to left, red.’
