Discover the ‘Focus One’ target, specially designed to focus the shooter's attention on their aim. It eliminates errors caused by loss of concentration when pulling the trigger, ensuring greater control.

The complexity lies in the four coloured circles: blue, black, green and red, which touch each other. The shooter must concentrate on the thick line that forms the outline of these circles, moving their aim clockwise or anti-clockwise. The goal is to stay focused on the alignment of the sights without being distracted by the action of the finger on the trigger. This technique aims to avoid common errors, thereby enhancing the shooter's concentration and accuracy. Another exercise increases the difficulty by introducing constraints, offering a comprehensive and varied approach to shooting training.

1. Target description
The ‘Focus One’ target is an innovative tool designed to improve technical shooting skills, with an emphasis on concentrating on the sights.

Target structure:

  • Logo & QR Code: Leads to a special menu.
  • Four corner boxes: Located at the top left, top right, bottom left, and bottom right.
  • Numbers & Letters:
    • Top left: 3B
    • Top right: 1D
    • Bottom left: 4C
    • Bottom right: 2A
  • Four coloured circles: Blue (top left), Black (top right), Red (bottom left), Green (bottom right). These circles touch each other and are surrounded by a thick line.

2. How to use the target
Main exercise:

  1. The shooter stands between 5 and 25 metres from the target.
  2. The shooter prepares by following the standard shooting steps: positioning, aligning the sights, breathing, etc.
  3. The shooter must aim at the thick line surrounding the coloured circle, moving clockwise or counter-clockwise.
  4. The instructor will give a signal (visual, light or kinesthetic) to trigger the shot.
  5. The shooter must focus on alignment, mentally repeating ‘aligned’ until the shot is fired.

Exercise with Constraints:

  1. The instructor announces a colour (e.g. ‘blue’). The shooter must align their sights with the blue circle.
  2. If the instructor announces a letter or number, the shooter must quickly shoot at the corresponding box, then return to the initial circle.
  3. If the instructor announces ‘CENTRE’, the shooter must aim and fire at the centre of the circles.

3. Educational objective
The main advantage of the ‘Focus One’ target is that it encourages the shooter to concentrate on aligning the sights rather than on pulling the trigger. This helps to avoid common mistakes, such as finger slips, and optimises shooting accuracy.

4. Conclusion
The ‘Focus One’ target is an essential training tool for all shooters, whether beginners or experienced. Its innovative design and varied exercises provide comprehensive training tailored to each shooter. Regular use will guarantee a noticeable improvement in shooting skills.
