Violent crime is increasingly making the news and the media. Despite all possible precautions, you may end up in a situation where you are confronted with aggression.
In this course, you will gain insight into a number of processes involved in the build-up and breakdown of aggression, learn to respond to them and be given tools to solve the situation in an adequate and safe manner.
